What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, request it through this form attaching images. This only applies to online orders, If it's an in-store order, you have to go to the store to process it.

The return fee will be reimbursed after a brief review process, once your order is shipped and arrives at the warehouse. This procedure may take a few days, but in the event of such a situation, we will take responsibility, resulting in a full refund. 

The exchange fee must be paid for the new order to be generated, but rest assured, we will reimburse you as soon as the order is shipped and reaches our warehouse.

All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
